Job Summary
Growth Opportunities Shift Lead at a Domino's franchise in Salt Lake City area seeking future store managers. Full-time, hourly role with overtime; responsible for overseeing all store operations, leading and training team members, and driving performance. Growth path from cashier to assistant manager to general manager/ franchisee is emphasized. Must be able to lead, multitask, and apply judgment; strong preference for prior Domino's experience or people leadership. Requires High School diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, valid driving record, and eligibility to work in the USA.
