Growth-focused Shift Lead opportunity at a Domino's franchise in the Salt Lake City area. You will oversee all store operations, lead and develop the team, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance across people, operations, and profits. Key duties include managing staff, training and developing employees, maintaining safety and culture, and modeling leadership. Required skills include leadership and multitasking, judgment, and the ability to work with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have a good driving record, and be eligible to work in the USA. Prior Domino's experience or leading people is preferred. Location constraint: Kearns, Utah (US); in-person work arrangement.
