Job Summary
Store leadership growth role focused on developing from cashier/assistant manager toward Store Manager/Franchise path. Responsibilities include overseeing all store operations, people, training, policy adherence, safety and culture, and driving performance. Requires leading by example, strong judgment and multitasking, ability to use MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook, and maintaining a high-energy, positive attitude. Offers training, benefits, weekly pay, advancement opportunities from delivery to manager levels, and favorable work environment. Must be 18+, have a good driving record, high school diploma or equivalent, reside in the Salt Lake City area, and be eligible to work in the USA. Job is full-time with overtime; some locations may require working most weekends; prior Domino's experience or leadership experience is preferred.
