Job Summary
Growth-focused leadership role in a Domino's store: oversee store operations, lead and develop team members, ensure policy compliance and a positive culture, and drive sales and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing people, operations, and profits; training staff; upholding safety standards; maintaining quality and customer service; and supporting junior teammates to advance to higher roles. Must be able to work 5+ days per week, including most weekends, with an emphasis on leadership, multitasking, math, judgment, and effective communication. Prior Domino’s experience or experience leading people is valued, and a path from delivery to assistant manager to store manager is highlighted. Includes eligibility to work in the USA and a focus on continuous growth and career advancement within the franchise.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
