Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the store, including People, Operations, Sales, and Profits, while ensuring team safety, training, and culture. Lead by example to manage daily workflows, enforce all policies and procedures, and drive sales and profit goals. Manage a team of cashiers and assistants, providing leadership and mentorship in a full-time, hourly role with overtime available. Work five to six days per week, including weekends, with potential assignments at nearby locations. This position offers a competitive hourly rate, paid vacation, health benefits after 90 days, and a clear path to General Manager or Franchisee roles within the Domino's franchise.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- This position is 5+ days per week, most weekends
- Must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time
