GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES Shift Lead (7516)

Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, while ensuring team safety, training, and culture. Lead by example to manage daily workflows, enforce policies, and drive performance. You will handle customer service, delivery coordination, and potential shifts at nearby locations. This full-time, hourly position requires 5+ days per week, most weekends, with overtime available. Weekly paychecks and monthly bonuses are included.
