Job Summary
Growth Opportunities Coordinator responsible for steering the client journey and driving the business development pipeline from warm, inbound leads generated via media channels, radio, and live seminars. Own the inbound marketing funnel, nurture leads to strategy sessions, manage scheduling and confirmations, logging interactions in the CRM, and coordinating post-event follow-ups. Collaborate with the advisory team to align calendars and ensure a smooth candidate experience, while supporting cross-training and long-term career growth within a collaborative firm. Strong emphasis on proactive relationship-building, written and verbal communication, calendar governance, and operational excellence in a wealth-advisory context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree alongside 2+ years of experience in financial advisory or equivalent client-facing scheduling
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- CRM systems experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Organizational and calendar-management skills
- Ability to manage and nurture inbound marketing funnels and pipeline
