Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits, while ensuring team safety, training, and culture. Lead by example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. Manage daily store activities for a full-time, hourly position with overtime available, working 5+ days per week including most weekends. You may be asked to help at other locations near your chosen site. We provide training in leadership, pizza making, and store management for future managers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ days per week, most weekends
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience LEADING people
