Job Summary
Growth Operator, SEO & AEO to own how Flodesk shows up in AI search and turn AI search into a durable acquisition channel. Lead AI search optimization across Flodesk's content portfolio, audit and ship CMS changes, draft and edit content to publishable standards, and report on Search and AI visibility. Collaborate with growth, brand, and marketing to inform content strategy, ensure Flodesk’s voice and positioning are captured, and drive organic growth through technical SEO, structured data, and AI-cited content. Responsibilities include content portfolio management across flodesk.com, blogging, and tips sections; evolving content structure for AI discoverability; producing high-quality content; maintaining SEO hygiene (structured data, canonicalization, crawlability, site speed); measuring AI search visibility and experiments; expanding distribution to platforms like Reddit and YouTube. Required experience includes 3-5 years in SEO/content growth, strong technical SEO, CMS/webflow proficiency, and comfort with data tools (GA, Search Console, SQL).
