Growth Operations Specialist

Hybrid Growth Operations Specialist at Avint to support business development for multimillion-dollar cybersecurity opportunities. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating requests for information (RFI) and Sources Sought notices (SSN), preparing annotated outlines and written responses, drafting and editing communications, researching market competition and customer goals, managing opportunity timelines and meetings, coordinating outreach and customer engagement, and supporting proposal development from past performance to letters of intent. The role involves coordinating calendars, monitoring opportunity portals (GSA eBuy, sam.gov, DHS APFS), managing logistics for cybersecurity conferences and events, assisting with contract actions (NDA, TA, subcontracting) and maintaining related documents, developing capability and compliance matrices, and contributing to marketing and branding. Required skills include strong writing/editing, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint, plus excellent communication and organizational abilities. Preferred education includes English, journalism, or law degrees with technical writing skills, and 1-2 years of professional experience; U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check are required.
