Job Summary

Manager of Growth Operations owns and optimizes the systems, processes, and data powering the go-to-market organization. Serves as the technical/operational backbone across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Automation with primary ownership of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub. Drives clean data, scalable automation, accurate reporting, and seamless handoffs across the funnel; acts as hands-on contributor with cross-functional influence. Responsibilities include administering HubSpot CRM, managing pipelines and forecasting, enabling sales through CRM workflows, designing dashboards and reports, operationalizing campaigns and sequences in HubSpot, managing lead scoring and routing, maintaining data governance, owning CRM integrations (HubSpot ↔ Salesforce) and ZoomInfo enrichment, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and executive teams to align systems with growth objectives. Requires HubSpot Admin Certification, 4–7 years in relevant areas, strong HubSpot and marketing automation experience, advanced Excel, and enterprise sales team support experience. Compensation baseline: Base salary $100,000–$120,000 (up to $125,000 for senior candidates), optional bonus and equity.
