Growth Operations Associate at Carrum, a remote-first health-tech company with offices in San Francisco and Chicago, responsible for scaling initiatives that drive increased utilization of Carrum solutions. You will lead execution of strategic initiatives across the full lifecycle, manage timelines and budgets, perform rigorous data analysis to monitor project effectiveness and outcomes, partner with cross-functional teams to drive workflows, synthesize performance data for executive reporting, and help stand up repeatable processes to scale reporting, initiatives, and measurement.
