Job Summary
Growth & Operations Analyst at Enpal focuses on analyzing and optimizing booking, conversion, and closure processes along the Sales Funnel; building, tracking, and interpreting funnel, performance, and growth KPIs; identifying process inefficiencies with AI support; driving reactivation of lost leads; and collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product to implement data-driven optimizations. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant analytical experience, a strong academic background in a relevant field, AI affinity, proactive execution, and fluent German. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in an analytical, data-driven and dynamic environment
- academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or similar
- AI affinity and interest in AI product innovations
- high initiative and hands-on mentality
- fluency in German (spoken and written)
