Job Summary
Growth Operations Team Lead focused on end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels using CleverTap. Responsibilities include configuring and publishing campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, Chat, WhatsApp), setting up CleverTap Journeys and event-based triggers, validating campaign data and assets (Banner IDs, deeplinks, widget types, image specs), monitoring delivery metrics, and ensuring alignment with tracker sheets. Collaborates with Category, Growth, and Traffic teams to ensure campaigns are set up accurately, approved on time, and monitored for performance. Requires strong CleverTap expertise, data-fetching/analytical abilities, attention to detail, and experience with SOPs and Jira.
Required Qualifications
- CleverTap Expertise (Mandatory) – Hands-on experience with CleverTap for campaign creation, audience segmentation, and channel configuration; setting up Events and Journeys, multi-step flows, event triggers, and user property filters; understanding CleverTap concepts: Native Display, Push campaigns, cascade mode, sub-contexts, frequency capping, DND settings; webhook configuration (live and test) for Push, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Chat channels.
- Data Fetching & Analytical Skills – fetch, validate, and cross-reference campaign data from multiple trackers and sheets (Google Sheets / Excel); segmentation logic; identify discrepancies quickly.
- Operational & Process Skills – follow multi-step SOPs; ticketing in Jira or similar tools; strong time management for deadlines, testing windows, scheduling.
