Job Summary
Growth & New Business Lead for ArtBot at Critical Mass, based in New York, driving the strategic growth engine across the US and Canada. Owns lead generation and opportunity management from brief through final submission, coordinates cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, technology, account management), develops compelling RFP responses and pitch narratives, and builds scalable frameworks to improve efficiency. Shapes ArtBot’s market positioning, maintains a library of credentials and case studies, translates complex technology and media capabilities into clear narratives, and delivers pipeline visibility to senior leadership. Requires 5–8 years in new business, pitch management, strategy, marketing, or related roles within agency, media, ad tech, or professional services, with strong writing and client-facing presentation skills and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across time zones. Salary range $130,000–$150,000 USD; CM is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years' experience in new business, pitch management, strategy, marketing, or a related discipline
- experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and competing priorities
- excellent writing and storytelling skills
- ability to turn complex information into compelling narratives
- experience developing proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and client-facing materials
- understanding of agency structures, procurement processes, and business development best practices
- confidence presenting and communicating with senior stakeholders and clients
- ability to create order from ambiguity and build processes where none currently exist
- thrives in building and organizing
- commercially minded and fast-moving environment
