Job Summary
Growth Marketing Specialist responsible for hands-on, execution-heavy outbound campaigns to drive demos booked as the north star. Design, launch, track, and iterate on campaigns; manage cold email programs across multiple tools; build and enrich target lists; run CRM workflows and reporting; support event-driven campaigns and rapid experimentation. Candidates should be comfortable with data-driven optimization, multi-tool familiarity (Instately/Apollo/HubSpot/Clay), and delivering concise weekly performance updates.
Required Qualifications
- 2โ4 years in B2B growth, demand gen, or outbound marketing
- Hands-on with cold email platforms โ Instantly strongly preferred; Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo Outbound also count
- HubSpot proficiency (workflows, sequences, lists, dashboards)
- Comfort with enrichment tools โ Clay strongly preferred, or a track record of learning new tools fast
- Data fluency โ you check campaign dashboards before coffee and you can tell signal from noise
- A bias toward shipping. You'd rather launch a B-grade campaign Monday than an A+ one in three weeks.
