Job Summary
Growth Marketing Specialist (SaaS) responsible for end-to-end paid media and online sales optimization across multiple channels. Own campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads; manage budgets; brief creatives; write ad copy; gather competitor benchmarks. Drive online SaaS sales performance, design and test hypotheses, and develop promo mechanics. Lead CRO/A/B testing on landing, product, and checkout pages using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and VWO/Optimizely; build and optimize marketing automation workflows (HubSpot) for onboarding, win-back, and upsell. Create and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and perform conversion funnel analyses to improve retention and revenue. Collaborate with product, RevOps, and sales; drive initiatives from concept to delivery; work remotely within the EU. The role emphasizes revenue outcomes over pure task execution and requires a hands-on, proactive approach to experimentation and optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have: Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
- Must-have: Understanding of the SaaS funnel from acquisition through trial to retention and upsell
- Must-have: Comfort with analytics including GA4, Looker Studio, basic GTM
- Must-have: Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation tools for email nurturing and flows
- Must-have: Business-level English communication, copywriting, and documentation
- Must-have: Results orientation with focus on MRR, churn, and LTV
- Must-have: Initiative and ability to bring ideas proactively
