Job Summary
Growth Marketing Specialist at NoGigiddy responsible for designing and running growth experiments across paid, organic, email, and referral channels; analyzing user acquisition funnels to identify drop-offs; optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and user flows for conversion; managing referral programs and virality loops; collaborating with content, social, and paid teams; building and maintaining dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, retention, and activation; and reporting results to scale effective strategies. Requires a data-driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools; role is fully remote and offers growth opportunities into leadership or strategic marketing paths.
Required Qualifications
- No degree required
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Google Analytics, Excel, or similar
- Curiosity and a test-and-learn mentality
- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and basic funnel analysis
- Comfortable with marketing tools — email platforms, ad dashboards, or CRMs
- Self-managed and results-obsessed
- Hourly pay of $19–$28/hr
