Job Summary
Growth Marketing Specialist, North America to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads for multiple markets. Responsibilities include campaign setup, QA, launch, pacing, optimization, reporting, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative localization, and performance testing. Collaborates with creative, localization, and regional stakeholders to maintain accurate, culturally relevant campaigns; analyzes metrics such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate; coordinates budgeting, testing roadmaps, and measurement initiatives; produces recurring performance updates and maintains campaign documentation. Requires hands-on experience with major paid media platforms, strong operational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and English fluency (Spanish/Portuguese preferred). Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-5 years of experience in performance/growth marketing or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience executing or supporting paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads)
- Strong campaign operations skills including setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, naming conventions, tracking, and performance reporting
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Familiarity with CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, LTV, payback period, retention, contribution margin
- Exposure to incrementality measurement, platform lift studies, holdout testing, geo testing, attribution analysis, or media mix measurement preferred
- Experience supporting creative testing and translating performance results into actionable learnings
- 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, digital marketing, or marketing operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Professional fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred
