Job Summary
Growth Marketing Specialist responsible for analyzing data and metrics to identify optimization opportunities, designing strategies to attract/retain users in collaboration with operations managers, monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance, tracking sales-through and simulating online promotional operations, and working cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Requires 1-3 years in international marketing/data analysis, English fluency, proficiency in web analytics tools and spreadsheets, strong analytical skills, creativity, and an affinity for art, design, and analogue photography. Employment is full-time with a minimum salary per the collective agreement; EU/EEA or Austrian labour-market eligibility is required.
Required Qualifications
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in international marketing, business development, data analysis, or similar roles
- Written & spoken fluency in English
- Proficiency in web analytics tools & spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Creative mind, ability to think outside of the box
- Affinity for art, design and culture, understanding and experience with analogue photography
