Job Summary
Growth Marketing Specialist for EU region responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across EU markets, including setup, QA, launch, monitoring, pacing, and reporting across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads. Manages campaign operations, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, creative workflows, localization, and performance measurement (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, etc.). Coordinates across creative, localization, and regional stakeholders, maintains documentation (UTMs, naming conventions, testing trackers, launch calendars), and supports incrementality and geo testing initiatives. Requires hands-on experience with paid media channels, strong attention to detail, ability to work across multiple markets and stakeholders, and fluent English (German/French/Italian/Polish or other European languages strongly preferred). Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1-2 years of experience in relevant fields; salary range $46,340–$75,000 USD.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
