Job Summary
Growth Marketing Specialist, Direct Mail responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Direct Mail acquisition campaigns across HelloFresh’s Canadian brands (HelloFresh, Chefs Plate, Factor) with a focus on CAC, ROI, and channel efficiency. You will manage end-to-end campaign operations including audience planning, print production, vendor coordination, budgeting, forecasting, deployment, reporting, and post-campaign analysis, and collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to improve performance. Own creative development workflows (briefing, design review, copy review, landing-page coordination) and contribute to the Direct Mail testing roadmap across audiences, formats, offers, timing, and other levers. Track and present campaign insights to inform future investment and strategy; manage external vendors (printers, agencies, data partners) to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Bring an AI-first approach to automate repetitive tasks, streamline operations, and free time for strategic thinking. Require a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related fields; flexible hybrid work with a minimum in-office presence as dictated by team needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (BBA or BComm preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, offline marketing, direct mail, print media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or another acquisition-focused role
