Job Summary
The Growth Marketing Manager will manage performance and growth campaigns, planning and optimizing full-funnel performance across major ad platforms to generate leads. Responsibilities include running systematic A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates, owning website experimentation to enhance lead conversion, and building growth analytics dashboards to inform strategy. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing or growth role with hands-on campaign management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in GA4 and major ad platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in a highly data-driven digital marketing, growth, or CRO role, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
- Proven track record designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests on websites or landing pages
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo)
- Experience in AI, data, or developer tooling markets
