Job Summary

Growth Marketing Manager to own X-LAB’s full-funnel growth engine across acquisition and lifecycle. Lead paid acquisition and retention as an integrated system, driving discovery, dealer engagement, lead capture, D2C conversion, and ongoing loyalty. Collaborate with product, creative, and sales to translate technical advantages into market demand. Build a weekly growth cadence, testing frameworks, and measurement dashboards; manage lifecycle/CRM programs (email/SMS), influencer/affiliate partnerships, and onsite conversion improvements. Deliver quarterly plans with channel mix, creative angles, and an experimentation backlog; drive pipeline, revenue influence, CAC efficiency, and program ROI.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, and/or lifecycle marketing
  • hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads (Search and PMAX)
  • strong experience managing influencer and KOL campaigns
  • social media platforms including LinkedIn, Reddit, and Substack
  • deep comfort with email and SMS programs, segmentation, and automation
  • track record of experimentation and optimization with examples
  • ability to translate technical product features into compelling marketing messages
  • high ownership, low ego, and fast-paced environment
