Job Summary
Growth Marketing Manager at VyStar Credit Union leads multi-channel growth initiatives, focusing on new member acquisition and retention through data-driven, opti-channel campaigns. Responsibilities include managing paid digital marketing, personalization, campaign planning and execution, coordinating with partners, ensuring compliance, presenting metrics to leadership, and providing project management across campaigns. Requires coordinating with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and other units; leveraging MCIF data; and leading lifecycle and retention strategies while driving product penetration and growth across member segments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ work experience in marketing or comparable role
- 5+ years' marketing automation experience preferred
- 5+ years’ email marketing experience preferred
- 5+ years' digital marketing experience preferred
- 5+ years' financial services marketing experience is preferred
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform is preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in presentations in a business setting
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional suite)
- Results oriented with strategic, analytical and interpersonal skills
- High initiative and ability to work independently
- Ability to participate in local events after hours and on the weekend
- Local/regional travel is required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong team orientation and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to communicate at various internal levels
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and significant relevant experience
