Job Summary
Growth Marketing Manager for Paid Social owning Meta and TikTok strategy and execution, overseeing platform and agency relationships, directing AI tools for optimization, collaborating with internal teams on creative briefs and testing, and shaping how the company grows on paid social channels. Responsibilities include setting channel strategy across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest support; managing budgets and pacing; leading incrementality test design; delivering cross-channel performance commentary; staying ahead of platform updates and beta opportunities; overseeing and evaluating external partners; guiding AI-driven bid management, audience optimization, pacing, and creative performance; ensuring guardrails and performance benchmarks for AI tools; leading creative strategy and testing with cross-functional stakeholders; and driving landing page testing with data-driven hypotheses. Requirements emphasize hands-on paid social experience, Meta Ads Manager proficiency, strong creative and analytical skills, agency/vendor management, collaboration across teams, and a thoughtful approach to AI tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in paid social, with a meaningful portion managing Meta Ads at scale (six-figure monthly budgets or above)
- Deep working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, auction mechanics, creative testing, Advantage+ features, and attribution settings
- A genuine creative sensibility with the ability to translate that into briefs or feedback sessions
- Strong analytical fluency capable of building performance narratives from raw data
- Experience with or strong understanding of TikTok Ads — creative-first, algorithm-dependent
- Experience managing or coordinating external agency or vendor relationships, with accountability for their performance outcomes
- Cross-functional collaboration with creative teams, data teams, site teams, and external partners
- An evaluative relationship with AI and automation tools, willing to test and question outputs
- Bonus: Pinterest Ads experience and familiarity with AI execution tools for paid channels
- In-house DTC or e-commerce experience with direct business accountability
- Familiarity with MMM, MTA, or incrementality testing methodologies
