Growth Marketing Manager: Paid Search & Paid Social

Job Summary
We are seeking a Paid specialist experienced in SEM and paid social, particularly with significant Meta experience, who has managed at least $100,000 in ad spend. The candidate will provide strategic insights, launch and manage ad campaigns, and work closely with branding and creative teams to align ad assets with client goals. Responsibilities include presenting weekly performance reports, advising on improving client performance metrics, and demonstrating strong project management skills. Candidates must be analytical, detail-oriented, and have at least one year of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience managing ad spend across leading social advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Minimum 1+ year of experience managing ad spend on Google Ads
- Managed a monthly paid social budget of at least $10,000
- Experience working with product to set up events on different ad platforms
- Experience with producing high quality ad assets that capture attention and meet branding guidelines
- Experience with reporting structures to communicate/display ad performance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with marketing attribution platforms such as Rockerbox, AppsFlyer
- Experience with managing spend for D2C brands or B2B SaaS
- Strong analytical skills and passion for social media/paid search
