Job Summary
Operate and develop the group's digital marketing ecosystem, optimizing website, social media, and newsletters to enhance effectiveness across customer touchpoints. Execute and refine cross-channel campaigns focused on lead generation, engagement, and conversion while coordinating trade fair and event activities aligned with group messaging. Drive the activation of marketing initiatives by collaborating with divisional teams and Corporate Communications to ensure consistent content and adoption of group standards. Track performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion to support CRM integration and continuous improvement. This role supports the Vienna-based Group Marketing Department within AGRANA's Fruit, Starch, and Sugar segments, offering a full-time position with an annual gross salary starting at EUR 55,000.
Required Qualifications
- Completed higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or a comparable role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign management and performance tracking
- Experience working with websites, social media, newsletters and marketing analytics tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
