Job Summary
Own the lifecycle marketing strategy for your audience by defining channel mixes, setting prioritization frameworks, and ensuring every communication delivers clear value. Build and manage an experimentation program from ideation through results, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to unlock new platform capabilities. Drive creative strategy by briefing, reviewing, and iterating on assets across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging with a strong feedback loop. Apply behavioral science frameworks to inform message sequencing, timing, and incentive design while owning performance reporting and sharing results with stakeholders. This role requires 6+ years in growth marketing, strong SQL skills, and experience with monetary incentives. Based in New York City on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office), the position offers a competitive base salary of $128,000 - $160,000.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in growth marketing
- Experience owning a full lifecycle marketing program from the ground up
- Strong SQL skills
- A system for experiment prioritization
- Experience translating complex experiment results into clear takeaways for non-expert audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally to advocate for priorities and build alignment without direct authority
- Experience writing tight creative briefs and giving specific, actionable feedback to designers and copywriters
- Experience using monetary incentives to drive behavior change
- Experience building complex automated marketing journeys in a CRM platform
- Ability to identify when out-of-the-box functionality isn't enough in CRM platforms
- In-office presence 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
