Job Summary
Own the lifecycle marketing strategy for your audience by defining channel mix, setting prioritization frameworks, and ensuring every communication delivers clear value. Build and manage an experimentation program driving measurable impact from ideation through results, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to unlock new platform capabilities. Own performance reporting by defining metrics, setting up experiments, and sharing results with stakeholders while applying behavioral science to inform message sequencing and incentive design. Drive creative strategy by briefing, reviewing, and iterating on assets across email, push, SMS, and in-app with designers and copywriters. This role requires 6+ years in growth marketing, strong SQL skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools and automated marketing journeys.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in growth marketing
- Experience owning a full lifecycle marketing program from the ground up
- Strong SQL skills
- A system for experiment prioritization
- Experience translating complex experiment results into clear takeaways for non-growth marketing audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally to advocate for priorities and build alignment without direct authority
- Experience writing tight creative briefs and giving specific, actionable feedback to designers and copywriters
- Experience using monetary incentives to drive behavior change
- Experience building complex automated marketing journeys in a CRM platform
- Ability to identify when out-of-the-box CRM functionality isn't enough
