Job Summary
Growth Marketing Manager to drive user growth, engagement, and conversion for Web3 communities across social channels (Twitter, Discord, Telegram). Responsibilities include creating engaging, performance-driven content; recruiting and managing influencer/KOL relationships; planning and coordinating Web3 marketing campaigns (reward-based, KOL, and partner co-marketing); moderating and fostering a positive online community; providing customer support; and collaborating with Product, Business, Sales, and Executives. Requires 3+ years in growth marketing within a Web3/blockchain environment, hands-on multi-channel campaign design, and strong analytics; experience scaling growth on Twitter/Discord/Telegram; and ability to work across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience with a Web3/blockchain company (startup environment preferred)
- Hands-on experience in designing persuasive and conversion-oriented marketing campaigns across multi-channel digital formats (web, email, social, online communities, video)
- Proven track record of scaling user growth on platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
- Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes tactfully within 24 hours
- Familiarity with performance marketing and data analytics tools (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills across global teams
