Growth Marketing Manager - Google Ads (m/w/d)

Manage Google Ads campaigns independently across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display, including planning, execution, and optimization. Structure and scale large product catalogs while developing bidding strategies and analyzing performance data to drive ROAS targets. Ensure a clean tracking foundation through close collaboration with e-commerce and sales teams. Start in part-time (25–30h) with a clear path to full-time as the channel scales. You will own the entire channel from day one, reporting directly to leadership in a flat hierarchy.
