Job Summary
Growth & Marketing Manager at GDP, a creative marketing agency, hybrid in San Francisco (in-office Tue–Thu). Core mix: drive business development and manage marketing initiatives while providing light executive support to the President. Responsibilities span business development (pipeline management in HubSpot, responding to inquiries, first-call screens, leading proposals with the President and Executive Team, RFIs/RFPs, and expanding opportunities) and marketing (manage external presence on LinkedIn/Instagram, develop campaigns and events, create marketing materials, track metrics, manage awards/press, and update website). Requires BA or equivalent, 4+ years in client-facing growth/marketing, HubSpot and Google Suite proficiency, strong communication and analytical skills, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Salary range: $104,000-$120,000.
Required Qualifications
- BA or equivalent experience required
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing business development, growth, or marketing role
- Experience leading proposal and pitch development, including responding to RFIs and RFPs
- Strong marketing instincts and experience with managing social media, email campaigns, and content development
- Proficiency with HubSpot (CRM and marketing tools) and Google Suite; experience with LinkedIn for outreach and brand-building is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort with presenting to senior executives and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership, while also being a collaborative partner who makes the team better
- The ability to be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in a creative agency or professional services environment is preferred
