Job Summary
Growth Marketing Manager, EU (role based in the United States) responsible for leading paid acquisition and performance media growth across EU markets. Own end-to-end paid media processes across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other regional platforms; optimize campaigns for new customer acquisition, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate; develop budget allocation strategies across markets and funnel stages; lead testing across creative concepts and audience segments; collaborate with creative teams on assets and localization; build structured testing roadmaps for audiences, bidding, and landing pages; analyze performance by market, channel, audience, and product category; lead measurement efforts including attribution, incrementality, geo tests, lift studies, and cohort analysis; work with analytics and data science partners to improve reporting and decision-making; manage relationships with platforms and agencies to drive performance and access beta opportunities; monitor platform dynamics and communicate results and recommendations to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple EU markets
- Deep platform expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads
- Experience with EU-specific performance platforms or regional paid media channels
- Strong analytical skills with metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, conversion rate, cohort performance
- Experience with incrementality measurement (geo tests, lift studies, holdout tests, matched market tests, or MMM inputs)
- Experience building creative testing frameworks and translating performance data into actionable creative recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional fluency in English; German/French/Italian/Polish or other European languages strongly preferred
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition
- Ability to manage large budgets and adapt strategies across diverse EU markets
- Hands-on, hands-on, cross-functional collaboration with analytics/data science teams
- Experience in reporting, attribution accuracy, and decision-making frameworks
- Experience with analytics/BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Amplitude)
- Experience with ecommerce marketing operations platforms/tools
- Excellent communication and leadership in a cross-functional environment
