Growth Marketing Manager for Cyncly Websites in Lisbon (Hybrid, Permanent, Full Time). Owns end-to-end growth across the customer lifecycle—from acquisition through activation, adoption, and expansion—driving data-driven, integrated demand generation programs. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events, and other channels; build scalable frameworks for repeatable execution; optimize messaging, channels, and targeting. Partner with product marketing, customer marketing, and sales to drive onboarding, adoption, and cross-sell across the portfolio; align campaigns with customer personas and maturity stages; support regional teams with localized programs that remain globally consistent. Track growth KPIs across acquisition, engagement, adoption, and demand; analyze performance to identify optimization opportunities and scale. Operate in a globally distributed, fast-paced environment and collaborate with digital marketing, events, customer marketing, product marketing, and regional teams to deliver integrated, measurable impact.
