Growth Marketing Manager – 6 Month FTC

Growth Marketing Manager role focused on cross-channel experimentation and scalable growth across Paid Social (Meta/TikTok), Affiliate marketing, and emerging channels. Lead design and execution of structured tests to prove incrementality and unlock customer acquisition value, partnering with full-funnel teams to translate commercial goals into measurable activity. Own hands-on activation across Meta and TikTok, optimise audiences, creativities, formats and measurement (including conversion lift studies), and collaborate with agencies to ensure high-quality execution. Drive creative excellence by developing social-first assets grounded in audience insights, and identify new affiliate opportunities beyond traditional partners through performance-based testing. Shape the channel roadmap, share insights across teams, and recommend long-term investment strategies. Requires at least 5 years of direct experience managing multi-million-pound paid social budgets, strong creative and analytical capabilities, and a growth-oriented mindset. Hybrid working arrangement with offices in the UK and a focus on delivering outcomes across multiple channels.
