Growth Marketing Lead - Channel Owner

Job Summary
Growth Marketing Lead with sole ownership of a portfolio of high-spend accounts, partnering with founders and senior leaders to drive paid growth end-to-end. Own full-funnel growth strategy (CAC, payback, pipeline), manage campaign structure and media buying across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and provide creative direction for ads and landing pages. Lead rapid experimentation, write detailed weekly performance updates, and interface with clients via Zoom and Slack. Mentor junior analysts as the practice grows. Role is full-time as an independent contractor, with remote/work-from-home flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Have personally managed $1M+/mo in combined ad spend across Google Ads and Meta, with direct hands-on responsibility
- Track record of running complex accounts independently with no supervision
- Can point to specific experiments designed that drove step-change improvements in performance
- Excellent English—both live on calls with founders and in written client updates
- Deep understanding of Google Ads and Meta campaign types, ad units, targeting options, bidding strategies, and the full range of platform levers
- Advanced quantitative skills, including the ability to design and evaluate A/B tests using statistical best practices
- Experience connecting ad spend to downstream business outcomes—attribution modeling, CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce), and pipeline reporting
- Comfort with landing page optimization and conversion rate thinking
- Experience marketing technical products, B2B SaaS, or developer-focused companies is a strong plus
