Job Summary
Grow and scale Thrive’s GTM via a technically adept Growth Marketing & AI intern role. Responsibilities include researching high-value audiences, building automated AI workflows from scratch, architecting technical demos for the sales team, creating data-driven marketing assets, enabling AI-powered marketing operations (content generation, social listening, competitive intel, CRM enrichment), and owning/maintaining the demo environment. You’ll work on building AI-enabled automations across content, social listening, competitive intel, and CRM enrichment; craft compelling, use-case-driven product demos; and maintain pristine data within the demo environment. Ideal candidates are technically self-starting with hands-on experience in workflow automations, API integrations, and tools like n8n, Clay, Claude Code, or similar, and enjoy bridging marketing with AI to drive engagement and pipeline. Duration is 6 months with hybrid options in LA or Philadelphia, and a requirement to be authorized to work in the U.S.; standard workday is 8am-8pm EST.
