Job Summary
Growth Manager for Turkey/Türkiye (fully remote within Türkiye) on a B2B Partnerships track. Drive product adoption, manage complex B2B sales lifecycles with financial institutions, develop strategic alliances, lead technical onboarding, and nurture long-term partner relationships. Responsibilities include proactive outbound client pipeline development, crafting tailored proposals and pitches for financial institutions, guiding clients through onboarding, collecting customer insights for product optimization, and applying a test-and-learn approach to optimize acquisition and engagement. Required: native/professional Turkish and professional English, proven B2B sales/account management/business development experience in fintech/financial services/SaaS, CRM proficiency, and strong organizational skills. Flexible remote schedule and exposure to CRM tools, MS Office, and Slack are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Native or professional fluency in Turkish and excellent professional English
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Experience dealing with financial institutions, fintech, or SaaS
- CRM tool proficiency
