Job Summary
Growth Manager for a portfolio of law firm clients, serving as the primary strategic contact to protect and grow revenue through relationship management, performance analysis, retention initiatives, and expansion opportunities. Acts as the CEO of their book of business, owning client retention, revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. This is a revenue-generating role focused on managing multimillion-dollar client portfolios, with a highly consultative, data-driven approach and executive-level stakeholder engagement. Not a customer service position; responsibilities include strategic reviews, growth planning, cross-functional collaboration, and driving expansion revenue.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Account Management, Client Success, Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management experience
- Experience managing executive-level client relationships
- Proven ability to grow and retain client accounts
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex client conversations
- Experience managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
