Job Summary
Growth Manager needed to act as the central interface between the agency and coaching clients, managing existing coaches, acquiring new ones, and helping coaches develop their business via positioning, offers, and growth paths. Responsibilities include building long-term relationships with coaching clients, proactively contacting potential coaches, collaborating with coaches on business development (positioning, offer strategy, growth paths), planning social media content and executing content strategies, developing and testing alternative lead funnels (e.g., ManyChat, newsletters) and optimizing acquisition processes, maintaining structured workflows, regular check-ins, and keeping information up to date. Ideal candidates are strong sellers who can authentically engage with people, are proficient with social media (especially Instagram), have an affinity for the fitness industry, are organized and able to manage multiple clients, communicate clearly (written and spoken), and have experience with lead-funnel tools and email marketing.
