Job Summary
Define and pilot the paid acquisition strategy for EPICU, managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google campaigns while testing audiences, creatives, and funnels. Track key performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, collaborating closely with content, studio, and product teams. Launch and optimize local campaigns for franchisees, building scalable ad processes and providing pedagogical support to improve their performance. Identify new acquisition levers and contribute to global growth reflections on funnels and automations. This strategic role offers significant budget and volume for testing within a rapidly scaling startup environment in Rennes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 ans d'expérience en Ads / Growth / Paid Acquisition
- Excellente maîtrise de Meta Ads
- Bonne maîtrise de Google Ads
- Être à l'aise avec les chiffres, les tests et l'optimisation continue
- Être capable de gérer plusieurs comptes / campagnes en parallèle
- Être structuré(e), autonome, orienté(e) résultats
- Être à l'aise dans un environnement startup / scale-up
- Être disponible pour un rôle en présentiel à Rennes
