Growth Lead — The World's Most Beloved Characters

Growth Lead for Disney Pinnacle, a growth and narrative strategy role focused on turning fandom into a repeatable, scarce-economy drop system. You will write the story for each drop, design the economy (tiers, rarity, mint counts, pricing, sequencing, timing), and run the growth-experiment portfolio with a lifecycle campaign from pre-drop hype to post-drop trading. Requires exceptional writing, a track record of integrating narrative with game/economy design, and strong AI-native tooling to accelerate growth. Deep Disney, fandom, or collectibles fluency and LiveOps/drop-calendar experience are highly valued. Remote-first with overlapping ET–PT work hours; compensation base is $150k–$180k USD plus equity.
