Job Summary

Growth Lead in Central London (Hybrid) to act as the commercial growth authority within the Creative Strategy department. Owns bridging Growth Strategy and Creative Strategy, coaching Senior Creative Strategists, surfacing growth-led insights from the data warehouse, and delivering macro creative reporting. Responsible for training and upskilling the team in growth-focused disciplines (offer, distribution, attribution, funnels, and growth-oriented frameworks), coordinating cross-functional work with Growth Strategy, and driving measurable growth outcomes across 7-9 figure DTC/e-commerce accounts. Requires deep DTC/e-commerce experience, strategic mindset, and the ability to translate data-driven insights into growth actions across campaigns, creatives, and client relationships. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a strategic role in performance creative, growth strategy, media buying, or paid social
  • Deep performance fluency in testing structures, scaling logic, attribution, funnels, CRO
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy in a growth ecosystem
