Job Summary

Growth Lead responsible for the creator supply function across the platform, owning acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization. Build scalable programs to identify exceptional creators, onboard them quickly, and foster a thriving community. Design onboarding journeys, reduce friction to accelerate first paid partnerships, run experiments to optimize sourcing channels and activation tactics, and partner with brand/campaign teams to connect creators with opportunities. Shape the creator experience, document best practices, and set up scalable processes as Passionfroot expands across New York, Europe, and Brazil. Requirements emphasize a hacker mindset, data-driven decision making, organizational strength, proactive communication, and experience working with creators or in creator partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with creators — community management, creator partnerships, or growth operations
  • Strong metrics orientation and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stay organized
  • Proactive communication and fast iteration
  • Willingness to own and shape a growth function
  • Bonus: experience building or optimizing a marketplace supply side
