Job Summary
Growth Lead for an early-stage, venture-backed fintech/consumer internet startup. You will own growth from launch to first highly engaged users through experimentation, community-building, partnerships, and unconventional tactics, interfacing directly with founders. The role emphasizes growth across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and repeat usage, with a focus on usability, virality, and real-world adoption. Fully remote with candidates in LATAM, North America, or Europe and GMT-3/Buenos Aires overlap; equity available; high ownership and autonomy; includes paid contract project and long-term engagement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience growing consumer products from zero to first users
- Strong background in consumer app marketing within payments/fintech/marketplaces/high-engagement apps
- Experience owning acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and repeat usage
- Strong funnel thinking and analytical ability
- Experience designing and running rapid growth experiments
- Operational mindset with willingness to engage with communities and users
- Deep understanding of internet culture and attention-driven marketing
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency strongly preferred
