Job Summary
Growth Lead role focused on systematically exploring, validating, and scale unconventional growth opportunities across acquisition, distribution, and demand generation. You’ll operate as a high-leverage growth explorer—combining experimentation, creativity, data, AI, and GTM thinking to uncover asymmetric opportunities that can meaningfully accelerate growth. Success is measured by net new revenue acquisition contribution, SQLs/Qualified Signups, new initiatives and their revenue uplift, and innovative experiments. Must-haves include 6+ years in growth roles, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and proficiency with HubSpot and automation tools (N8N, Make, or similar). B2B growth understanding and a forward-looking mindset to identify first-mover channels are essential. Languages: English (main) with Portuguese & Spanish; Italian a plus. Remote in Europe with a permanent contract. Tools and focus areas include HubSpot, N8N, Make, Amplitude, and broader GTM experimentation. The role emphasizes exploration, rapid testing, and a data-driven approach to drive revenue growth, with a structured hiring process and transparent collaboration with leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in performance or growth roles
- Proven experience with paid acquisition channels, lifecycle marketing, and referral programs
- Technical proficiency to build and manage workflows in HubSpot and automation tools (N8N, Make, or similar)
- Solid understanding of B2B growth dynamics across the full funnel
- Strong business ownership mindset: able to define strategy, implement initiatives, and analyse performance metrics
