Job Summary
Growth Lead responsible for user acquisition, community engagement, and early-stage growth; take ownership of growth strategy and execution from day one. Approximately 50% of the role involves direct engagement with online communities across platforms such as Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook groups, and digital nomad networks. Autonomy to test ideas, run experiments, and identify growth opportunities without relying on an established playbook. Fluent English required; Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred. Fully remote position with compensation of $50,000–$75,000 USD base plus equity, and growth ownership and budget for initiatives.
