Growth Intern role focusing on building a vibrant Nordic startup community at Norrsken House Stockholm. Responsibilities include community curation, managing the full member journey from inbound/outbound sales conversations to screening applications and contract signing, and lead generation by tracking events and funding cycles. The role emphasizes hands-on sales and member acquisition experience, ownership of workstreams, and collaboration with the Nordics team under the Community Lead. Internship supports flexible study integration, 30-40h/week for 4-6 months, and includes a SEK 5,000 monthly allowance with potential university credit alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled as a student to be able to combine this internship with studies
- Ability to engage in internship 30-40h/week for 4-6 months
- Fluency in English; Swedish or other languages is a bonus
