Growth Intelligence & AI Analyst tasked with making Lovebetter’s marketing data-driven by connecting BI, CRM, AI, and content-performance to build a clear growth-control system. Responsibilities include building a lean KPI and reporting system for content, funnel, CRM, paid, SEO, Chatter and Sales interfaces; formulating and testing growth hypotheses about hooks, target groups, freebies, landing pages, CRM segments, and funnel steps; making marketing contacts and lifecycle opportunities visible, identifying reactivation levers, and measuring lifecycle or upsell impulses; leveraging AI for analysis, research, clustering of audience questions, and to prepare tests and decision bases; thinking and implementing operational growth tests on landing pages, the website, forms, email sequences, and funnel steps; collaborating with the CMO, Content Production, Chatter, agencies, and later CRM/Lifecycle structures; and driving growth impact through data-driven decisions, clearer prioritization, and scalable integration of AI, data, CRM, and customer journeys.
